Just bottled! This wine was barrel fermented in a neutral oak barrel. You won't find any oak flavor here, but you will find beautiful peach and honeysuckle.

Our 2018 Nero D'Avola is a full bodied, dry red wine, with good tannins. You may find flavors of black plum, cherry, licorice and tobacco. Nero D'Avola pairs well with rich and meaty dishes. Nero D'Avola is said to be Sicily's most important indigenous grape. Nearly all of the island is planted in it, but you will find very little planted in the states.
This 2017 Syrah was partially whole berry fermented and aged in French oak barrels, giving it hints of dark cherry on the nose and a delicious flovor perfect for pairing with grilled, BBQ'd, and smoked meats.
Our Tempranillo was partially whole berry fermented and barrel aged. It brings fruity notes of strawberry, plum, and cherry. As well as a little tobacco and leather in the mid palette.
Our red blend is named 4 on the Floor in reference to our Ole Blue Truck and its manual transmission. Comprised of four wines- Nero D' Avola, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Tannat. This blend of dark, bold wines brings bright fruit flavors. We hope it will leave you with a smile like you were shifting gears on a country back road.

Our unique Rosé Wine is a blend of two wines. Syrah Rosé and Viognier create opulent flavors of blueberry, strawberry, and dark cherry balanced with hints of rose and honeysuckle. The finish has notes of pumpkin spice (clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon), white pepper and vanilla. This Rose does well with minimal chilling. Its even quite good at room temperature. It's not cold stabilized so over chilling, (fridge) will result in loosing some of the acidic flavors and the formation of tiny crystals.
